How long do the products take to arrive?
Products such as bundles and wigs in natural color (1B) will arrive within 5–7 business days. Customized products with a special color may take 10–15 days, since we make them from scratch for you and focus on quality.
What does 250% density mean?
A wig with 250% density means it has more hair than traditional wigs that are normally bought online. We make them with 3 to 4 bundles.
Is the hair Human or Synthetic?
We only sell human hair. We do not have synthetic hair.
